What is a “financing limit”, what funds limit can I expect when buying a Structured Product?

A financing limit is the maximum amount that a client can receive as a loan amount, using their purchased structured product as collateral. The company sets a financing limit for each Capital Account. The limit is calculated by the following formula:

Financing limit = CPL / 100 x the product’s cost x 0.8
Where CPL is the Capital Protection Level of the structured product.
