Deposits and withdrawals via WebMoney

Procedure

  1. Launch the WebMoney "Keeper Classic" program.
  2. Go to the "Transfer funds" section of myAlpari, then select "WebMoney" and the account you’d like to top up. Then click “Continue”.
  3. Select the amount you wish to deposit. Check to see that the information you have entered is correct and click "Continue". At this point, you may be asked to install ActiveX. In the window that pops up, double-check your payment details.
  4. Choose WebMoney Keeper as your method of payment, enter the code you see in the picture and click "Next". In the form that pops up, enter the number of your WebMoney wallet. Confirm that the information you have entered is correct and click "Confirm payment".
  5. After the payment has been completed, please wait to be automatically redirected to the payment sent notification page.
  6. Go to your "Transfer history" to make sure your notification has been sent successfully. You should see the status "Processing". Once the deposit has been posted to your trading account, the status in myAlpari will change to "Successful".

Important information

  1. Alpari's payments department is open from Monday to Friday, 05:00 - 14:00 GMT. If a direct payment notification is received after 14:00 GMT, the transfer will be credited to the account on the following working day.
  2. On top of each transfer, the WebMoney payment system charges an additional commission of 0.8% (max 50 USD / 50 EUR).

Procedure

  1. In myAlpari, go to "Transfer funds", choose an account you are going to withdraw funds from and then choose "WebMoney". Fill out a withdrawal request to have funds transferred from your account to your WebMoney wallet.
  2. A confirmation code will be sent to your registered mobile phone. You will need to enter this code before you can submit your request.
  3. Check your "Funds transfer history" in myAlpari. If you see the status "Processing", it means that your request has been accepted. Once the request status reads "Funds sent", wait two working days before checking the balance of your WebMoney electronic wallet to make sure that the transfer was made successfully.
