Amendments in the Introducing Broker Regulations

Dear Introducing Brokers,

The following amendments to the Introducing Broker Regulations will take effect on November 1, 2010:

  • The following clauses are being amended:  1.4.2, 1.5, 2.1, 3.6.1, 3.7, 3.9.1, 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 6.3.1, 6.4, 6.7, 8.1, 9.4;
  • The following clauses are being deleted: 6.2.1, 6.2.2, 6.2.3, 6.2.4, 6.2.5.

In accordance with the new version of the Introducing Broker Regulations:

  • Introducing Brokers will have the possibility of withdrawing bonuses after having saved a scanned copy of their passport and confirmed their registration data in myAlpari.
  • A bonus amount of any size may now be credited to an IB's Transitory Account if the IB has fulfilled the necessary requirements (in terms of the number of active clients and proportionality of bonuses) as described in the IB Regulations.
  • Introducing Brokers may create their own Partner networks by means of acquiring new partners.  The IB will now be able to receive compensation for the trading of clients acquired by Sub-IB's.
