14 May 2013 19:04

Dear Clients,

We are pleased to inform you that trading signals are available in the latest version of MetaTrader 4.1 Now you can subscribe to trading signals right in the MT4 platform or start earning extra money by providing trading signals yourself.

Before, trading signals were available only to traders with MetaTrader 5. Now, with the integration of «Trading Signals» into the MetaTrader 4 platform, these signals are available to all Alpari traders with an MT4-based account.

To unlock trading signals in MetaTrader 4:

  1. Update MetaTrader 4 in the platform itself or download the latest version of MT4 from our site.
  2. Register on the mql5.com site and create a profile for MQL5.community.
  3. Agree to the «Rules of Using the Signals Service» and the «MQL5.com Signals Service Terms of Use Agreement».
  4. In MT4, go to the «Options» menu («Tools» – «Options» or CTRL+O), select «Community» and enter your MQL5.community profile login details.

After completing these steps, your platform will be ready to start accepting trading signals.

To start subscribing to a signal provider:

  1. In MetaTrader 4, select a signal provider from «Signals» in the «Terminal» menu (if you can’t find this menu, press CTRL+T).
  2. Click «Subscribe»2 on the page showing the statistics of your chosen signal provider. In the pop-up window, check the box marked «I agree to the terms of use of the signals service».
  3. In the following pop-up window, change the money management settings to your liking.

The updated version of MetaTrader 4 is already available, so why not take it for a test drive today and give trading signals a try? We hope that this new feature will give you an extra edge in your trading.

Best Regards,
Alpari

Please Note:

  1.   This new feature is available in MetaTrader 4 build 445 and later.
  2.  Since this service is relatively new, you may not be able to subscribe to certain signal providers, as many providers have not yet made it through screening.
