Processing Time

In most cases, the funds will be posted to your account within a few hours of the request being sent. In exceptional circumstances, the payment processing company may want to check your card payment and this may take some time. However, by precisely following the instructions to make the payment, the risk of the payment processing company performing additional checks will be minimalized.



Required documents

You will need to provide our Payments Department with the following documents:

  • A scanned copy or photo of your passport.


  1. In the "Transfer Funds" section of myAlpari, select the option to make a deposit with your Credit/Debit Card using "China UnionPay" and complete the form.
  2. You will be directed to the page of our processing center to supply your details and make the payment.
  3. Confirm the payment by following the bank’s instructions.
  4. Go to your "Fund Transfer History" in myAlpari to check the status of your payment. If you see the status "Processing", it means that your request has been accepted. After you see the status "Successful", log in to your trading platform to confirm that the funds have been posted to your account.

Important information

When transferring funds between accounts, please keep the following in mind:

  • Transfers from third parties are not accepted. Funds that are not accepted are returned to the sender.
  • The minimum transfer amount is 100 CNY, while the maximum amount is not fixed.
