Deposits and withdrawals via AdvCash

Procedure

  1. Log in to myAlpari and go to the "Deposits Funds" section. Choose "AdvCash" in “Online Payments Systems”. Choose the account to which you would like to make a deposit, and fill out the information required in the payment form.
  2. You will then be redirected to the AdvCash website, where you will be prompted to log in to your AdvCash account:
    • Enter your email address and the password to your AdvCash account.
    • Select the most convenient type of payment: wallet and the currency.
    • Enter the rest of the required information and click "Confirm".

Important information

When transferring funds, please take the following into account:

  • All funds transfers made in a currency that differ from your account currency will be automatically converted, which may incur additional commission charges.
  • Please note, if trading account currency is different from transactional currency, there will be a conversion
  • Transfers from 3rd parties are not accepted. Rejected funds are returned to the sender.
  • The company may request clients at any time to provide a screenshot from their “AdvCash” account to confirm a deposit.

Procedure

  1. Log in to your myAlpari account, select "Withdraw funds" which can be found on the side menu under “Transfer Funds.”
  2. In “Online Payment System” section, click the “AdvCash” button to request a withdrawal.
  3. Follow the instructions on the form, complete the Fund Withdrawal form with the requested details and confirm the withdrawal.
  4. You will then receive a 4-digit payment password via SMS or at the email address that’s associated with your myAlpari account. Please check your Spam/Junk folder if you do not see the email in your Inbox. Enter this password in the required field on the withdrawal confirmation page, and click "Submit".
  5. You can now track the progress of your transfer through your myAlpari account. On the side menu in the “Transfer funds” drop-down menu, click on “Fund Transfer history.” You can track all deposits and withdrawals that are still pending completion.
  6. As long as the status of your withdrawal appears as "Processing" in this section, it means that your request has been accepted and is pending completion. When the status changes to "Funds sent" (usually within 1 business day of your initial request) it means that the funds have been sent to your AdvCash account.

Important information

  • Payments to third parties are not accepted. The name of the Receiver must match the name registered with myAlpari.
  • The minimum amount per transaction is 1 EUR or USD.
  • If you wish to withdraw your initial deposit, you have to use the same source of funds from which you originally deposited.
