A word from the winner

It's an absolutely enthralling contest, and pretty tense. However, I think that winning the contest was worth the hardship. This is the most interesting contest for me. I like the way it's run, how it's organised, and the fact that it has two stages: the splitting into factions, and then a tense, head-to-head battle every day. I had to be on my toes every day, pretty much around the clock, for the whole week. It was an incredibly intense week. There isn't anything that I would change about the contest.

I've taken part in this competition every time since I found out about it. I've been with Alpari for several years because they offer excellent trading conditions and lots of bonuses. My only advice to other compteitors concerns finding the right entry point. There are three criteria I look at before opening a trade. 1) Price behaviour (candlestick formations, with a focus on how they formed and how intensive the price movement is). 2) Level accessibility. 3) Your own personal criteria that you use for trading, whether it be the position of some indicator or the alignment of the stars above. Only if these 3 criteria are fulfilled can you open a trade with at least 90% certainty.

I regularly take part in Formula FX. I keep track of all the leaders and how consistent their results are. I analyse the market according to a lot of different criteria in my trading. I study information on various currencies from various sources. This includes keeping track of the weekly events calendar and of speeches from world leaders. But life has taught me to trust my instincts and knowledge, as well as not to be greedy. That last part is very important for any trader who wants to be successful.
