We’re making some scheduled technical enhancements to our products and services. This means you’ll automatically gain access to our brand-new account management portal.

We’re also introducing a new client loyalty programme – Alpari Rewards – which will make trading with us even more rewarding.

2nd-3rd August. We’ll automatically upgrade your service over this weekend. You’ll then be able to log in to our new account management portal.

After 3rd August, you’ll need your existing email address to log in to our new account management portal, so please make sure we have your correct email address on record. If you need to update your email address, simply log in to MyAlpari and go to My Account > My Profile. Other than that, there’s no action required! We’ll automatically upgrade your service and migrate all your existing open positions, funds and account information.

Yes! Your login details for the MetaTrader desktop platform and MetaTrader app will remain the same to ensure no disruption to your trading.

From 25th July, you won’t be able to activate a new trading account or open a new demo account until our new service is launched.

From 7.45pm UTC on Friday 1st August, you’ll be unable to log in to your existing MyAlpari portal. This means you won’t be able to deposit or withdraw funds over the weekend, or transfer funds from your wallet to your trading accounts or to any PAMM strategies. Please ensure you have enough funds to maintain your open positions and cover any additional weekend trading. You’ll gain access to our new account management portal from 4pm UTC on Sunday 3rd August.

Yes. You’ll be able to access your trading account via the MetaTrader terminals and trade weekend markets as usual. However, please note that crypto trading will be unavailable from 10 – 11pm UTC on Friday 1st August. PAMM Trading by Strategy Managers will be unaffected.

At 4pm UTC on Sunday 3rd August, you’ll gain full access to the new Alpari account management portal. You can then:

1.. Log in with your email address

2.. Reset your password for security reasons

3. Access all your existing open positions, funds and account information

There’s no need to create a new account.

Yes, they will. However, please note that if you have a swap-free account – among multiple trading accounts with us – the swap-free feature will automatically apply to all your trading accounts on our new service. You’ll be able to change this setting within your account portal. We’ve also improved our Swap Free terms to make them clearer and more beneficial to you.

We now have Default and Enhanced Swap Free terms. Everyone who is Silver tier or below will automatically be eligible for the default Swap Free terms.

If you’re in our Gold tier or higher, you’ll be able to enjoy our enhanced terms automatically and instantly.

No. To make your life easier, all deposits on our new service will go directly into your trading account instead of a wallet. If you hold any funds in a wallet prior to the migration, we’ll migrate these along with your account. You can transfer these funds straight into your trading account.

No, we won’t. If you want to keep copies of your old statements from your My Account history, please download them by 25th July. However, please note that your trade history will be available as normal via the MetaTrader platform.

Alpari Rewards is our brand-new client loyalty programme that’s designed to make trading with us even more rewarding.

You’ll earn points for trading and move up through the account tiers to unlock exclusive perks. You can also redeem reward points directly for cash. The more you trade, the more you can earn, with no limit!

We’ll automatically convert your existing ALP bonus points and status to our new programme as part of our service upgrade!

Any previous promo codes or discounts will be replaced by our new Alpari Rewards programme.

 On Friday 1st August at 7.45pm UTC you will no longer be able to login to MyAlpari. If you had used any ALPs to purchase discounts that had not yet expired, we will refund you the full amount of these ALPs points. Upon migration we’ll automatically convert these ALPs, alongside the rest of your available ALPs balance, to our new Alpari Rewards programme. Please note that any pending compensations will not be reimbursed.

Yes. The new and improved Alpari App puts market opportunities at your fingertips! Straight from your phone, you’ll be able to:

  • Take a welcome tour to familiarise yourself with its key features

Yes! We’re improving our demo account experience as part of this product upgrade. We’ll therefore close your existing demo account, so you can open a new one via our new app.

No. As part of these upgrades, we no longer support the Partner Purse wallet within MyAlpari for the transfer of rebates from the Partner Portal. However, we automatically transferred any remaining funds in your Partner Purse to your client wallet on 25th July 2025, where they’re available to withdraw.
