Please be informed that due to technical difficulties, withdrawals in USD and EUR through Visa bank cards are temporarily unavailable when sending requests which contain new bank details. Withdrawals are still available with cards that have previously been used (up to and including 30/11/2018). Withdrawals via Mastercard are available as usual.
