Confirmation

A confirmation is a document which defines all the details of a concluded contract for securities on the market; details such as the date of the payment, conditions of the agreement and commission amongst other things. Confirmation is also understood as a written document which confirms a trader’s telephone order. It is a written notification from a broker to the trader that the order was fulfilled.
